§1 Scope

These terms apply to the use of the EntryLog software. Deviating conditions of the user are not recognized unless the provider expressly agrees to their validity.

§2 Subject of Service

The provider makes a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution available to the customer for digital visitor registration. The scope of functions results from the service description on the website.

§3 Customer Obligations

The customer is obliged to keep their access data secret. The customer ensures that they use the software in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

§4 Liability

The provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the provider is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

§5 Term and Termination

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated monthly at the end of the billing period.
